This is an excellent choice for making lamp shades and smaller drums, just keep in mind that its not as thick as the cow rawhide. All skins are unbleached. Most of these skins will cut a 18-22" drum with overlap. 1-2 oz. (.4 - .8mm) Sold by the skin.
